We got the stir-fried yellow beef cut by the cut, and it was amazing. The beef is sliced and cooked right when you order it, super tender with a nice chewy bite, and the spicy flavor is so good, really made us want to keep eating rice. The kitchen is open so you can actually watch the chefs working, which is a nice touch and makes you feel like everything's fresh. You can pick your spice level too, and even the mild was plenty hot for me, perfect if you love spicy food. We also tried the stir-fried flower dragon, which is one of their signature dishes, and the fat-to-lean ratio was just right, so tender and silky, and the pickled greens in it made it even more flavorful the more you ate. Honestly the whole experience was a blast, I'm definitely coming back.
