  The pea and minced pork noodles were honestly so worth trying — the peas were on the firmer side but went perfectly with the rich meat sauce and chili oil. Once you mix it all up, every single strand of noodle gets coated in that sauce and the texture is super layered. The dry-mixed noodles with meat sauce were also great, noodles were soft and chewy with a really fragrant sauce, and they had these pickled radish slices you could grab yourself which was perfect for cutting through the richness. You can adjust the spice level which is awesome — mild spicy was just right, not overwhelming at all. The place isn't huge but it's always packed and the staff are super friendly. Ended up eating here for like four days straight, it's officially my lunch spot now.
