We ordered the fish maw and grouper soup base — the broth was milky white and super flavorful, the grouper was really tender, and they piled on a serious amount of fish maw, like actually generous. The roast goose had this crispy skin and crazy juicy meat, and the sour plum sauce on the side was perfect for cutting through it. Our server was honestly so on top of things, kept adjusting the heat for us the whole time, and the whole vibe was super relaxed. All the seafood looked really fresh too, ate till we were stuffed and happy.
