The lamb is sliced so thin it's practically see-through, and you just dip it in the bubbling broth for a few seconds and it's crazy tender and juicy. The sesame dipping sauce is the real star though — super rich and creamy, I couldn't stop dipping stuff in it. The place has this really cool old Beijing vibe going on, with warm yellow lanterns hanging everywhere and wooden tables that just feel super traditional. Very Instagram-worthy if you're into that. You gotta try the copper pot trio — hand-cut lamb, hand-pulled noodles, and tanghulu (candied hawthorn skewers). Such a fun mix, every bite hits different. The noodles are so springy and the tanghulu gives you that sweet crunchy contrast. Heads up though — went on a weekend and it was packed. Book ahead or you'll be waiting. Already planning my next trip back!!
