The lamb skewers were grilled just right, nice mix of fat and lean, dusted with chili powder… honestly so addictive. Also got the crispy naan stir-fried with cabbage, the naan was crunchy and the cabbage was sweet and fresh, great combo to cut through the richness. The Lanzhou hand-pulled noodles had this super flavorful broth and the noodles had that perfect chewy bite, finished the whole bowl and felt totally warmed up. Overall really comfortable vibe, perfect for a slow solo meal.
