The vibe is all dark tones, feels really chill and comfy kinda like a coffee shop. Service was warm and on point, no complaints at all. Got a deal on five lamb skewers — the big iron skewer kind, and wow, the lamb was so tender and juicy, perfect texture not too soft not too tough, insanely fragrant. I literally wanted to eat 20 more. Mostly lean, not greasy at all, the cumin just soaked right into the meat, and the freshness was unreal — bouncy in your mouth without being sticky. Genuinely amazing. Stir-fried noodles were lightly oiled (thank god), spicy and packed with flavor, super satisfying. The hand-pulled rice with minced lamb is a must — they even bring out a little plate of shredded radish on the house to cut the richness. Tons of meat chunks, savory fried rice mixed with raisins and these super soft cooked-down carrots, sweet and salty combo, really something. The hand-made yogurt was on the deal too, tangy and sweet, perfect for resetting your palate. And the cold spinach with wheat gluten?? Absolute star of the show, I'm so glad I ordered it. The chili sauce is piled on top, the wheat gluten soaks up all the sauce, and the spinach is cool and refreshing. Overall a solid thumbs up. A bit pricey but honestly a fun experience.
