Reviews
- plump_marmosetOh man, the pan-fried buns were insane!! Super crispy on the outside, and when I bit into them it was like an explosion of soup inside — seriously, the broth was so rich but not greasy at all. The pork filling was juicy and tender too. I went with the crab roe ones and the crab flavor mixed with the meat was just perfect, not too strong, not too light. Also got the fried tofu and beef vermicelli soup on the side, and honestly it was just as good. The noodles soaked up all that broth and the beef was super soft and flavorful. The place itself was really clean, and the staff were on top of things — food came out fast and everyone seemed to know what they were doing. Fresh ingredients, authentic flavor, and I left totally satisfied. Definitely coming back next time I'm in Beijing!
