Got the sukiyaki and the broth was lightly sweet, tons of ingredients in there, and the way to do it is sip the soup first then dig into the stuff — seriously warms you right up. Finished it off with a bowl of udon noodles, perfect ending. The foie gras portion was huge, came with figs and blueberry sauce, and the sweet-tart thing totally cut through the richness, every bite hit different. The pork belly with shiso was grilled up nice and crispy, and that shiso aroma with the fatty pork was such a good combo, super pairing. Staff were warm and attentive, food came out quick, and the whole experience just felt really comfortable. Honestly nothing to complain about.
