No weird gamey taste at all, just super fresh and sweet, honestly I could've eaten it plain without any dipping sauce and been happy. The cilantro beef combo was such a fun twist, tossing it into the spicy broth made the whole table smell amazing and the flavors were layered in a really interesting way. The beef aorta slices were huge and had that perfect crunchy snap to them, and it's all-you-can-eat which is a huge plus. Staff was super friendly, kept coming by to refill the broth and handed me an apron without me even asking, which was a really nice touch. The broth itself was that classic numbing-spicy rich stuff, heavy on the beef tallow flavor and honestly just kept getting better the longer it cooked. If you're into bold, heavy flavors this place is gonna be your jam.
