- Sam_12The broth is made from fermented grain vinegar and it is honestly so good — super tangy and aromatic, really gets your appetite going. We ordered the creative grain vinegar set and it came with Thai river prawns and octopus, both super fresh, and the prawns especially were amazing, so firm and bouncy. The staff were really friendly and even helped us cook the ingredients in the hotpot, which was a nice touch. The white prawns were live when they came out and after cooking them they were sweet and still had that nice snap to them, even better with their special dipping sauce. The place was pretty quiet and the tables had enough space between them so it didn't feel cramped at all. Overall a really relaxed meal, would totally come back.
