Dishes
Fat EdgeBig oil edge is a traditional roasted meat dish, primarily made with pork heart meat. The preparation involves cutting the heart meat into appropriate-sized pieces, marinating them in a special sauce, then slowly grilling over charcoal until the surface turns golden and the meat becomes tender and juicy.
Grilled Fish HeadRoasted fish head dish made with fresh fish head, seasoned with ginger, scallions, garlic, and other spices, then marinated and baked in a pan. Commonly uses bighead carp or silver carp heads, known for tender meat and rich flavor.
Roasted Lamb KidneysRoasted lamb kidneys is a dish primarily made with lamb kidneys as the main ingredient. To prepare it, first clean the lamb kidneys thoroughly, removing the outer membrane and excess fat, then marinate them in a specially prepared seasoning for a period of time. Next, place the marinated kidneys on a grill and slowly roast them over charcoal until the outside is crispy and the inside remains tender. Finally, sprinkle with an appropriate amount of spices.
Grilled Chicken with OystersGrilled chicken and oysters is a dish that skillfully combines chicken with oysters. Fresh oysters are paired with marinated chicken and grilled together on a grill. Cooked until golden and crispy, it emits an aromatic fragrance while preserving the original flavors of the ingredients.
Roast PigeonRoast pigeon is a dish made primarily with pigeon, marinated and then baked in an oven or over charcoal. The pigeon is typically cleaned, gutted, and marinated with seasonings to infuse flavor before roasting, resulting in a crispy skin and tender meat.
Beef SkewersBeef skewers are made by cutting selected beef into chunks and threading them onto bamboo skewers. After marinating, they are slowly grilled over charcoal until the outside is charred and the inside remains tender and juicy. The meat is delicious on its own but even better when paired with a special sauce.
Special Lamb Shank PotSpecial lamb shank pot features lamb shanks with potatoes, carrots, and onions, slow-cooked with spices and seasonings. Lamb shanks are blanched to remove odor, then stewed gently in a small pot until tender and flavorful.
Lamb Shank BonesLamb knuckle bones, using lamb bones as the main ingredient, are carefully prepared to preserve the freshness and nutrition of mutton. During cooking, the marrow and meat in the bones are fully stewed, resulting in a rich flavor and tender texture.
Lamb SkewersLamb skewers are made by cutting fresh, tender lamb into chunks, threading them onto bamboo or metal skewers, and marinating before grilling directly over charcoal. During grilling, the lamb's fat drips onto the fire, creating smoke that熏 (smokes) the meat, resulting in a crispy exterior and tender interior with rich aroma.
Spicy Tripe Hot PotSpicy tripe hot pot is made primarily with beef tripe, cooked with spices such as chili peppers, Sichuan peppercorns, and fermented broad bean paste. After cleaning and slicing, the tripe is stir-fried with scallions, ginger, garlic, dried chilies, and Sichuan peppercorns until fragrant, then simmered in beef broth or water to fully absorb the spicy and numbing flavors. It can be enjoyed with side dishes like bean sprouts, potato slices, and rice noodles.
Reviews
- River_16The set menu here is huge — honestly felt like enough for three people, no joke. We showed up pretty late at night and they were still open, which was a lifesaver. First time coming and it totally exceeded my expectations. The variety is crazy, you can pick from so many different things. You've gotta try the grilled fish head, the grilled oysters, and the tripe hotpot — all super flavorful. The cold dishes were really refreshing too, perfect with everything else. Staff was super friendly and热情, place was clean, and honestly the price is super fair for what you get. If you live nearby and love late-night food, definitely come check it out. Solid find!!
