They give you these little hawthorn strips on the side to cut through the richness, which was such a good call. The baked buns from the hanging oven were great too, crispy outside and soft inside, and they had both sweet and salty ones so everyone's happy. The scallion baked carp was so tender and the scallion oil smell was amazing, went super well with rice. The whole vibe inside was kinda retro and classy, staff were really friendly and on top of things, and food came out fast. Honestly a really comfortable spot, perfect for hanging out with friends. I'd totally come back.
