  Got the sukiyaki hotpot and wow, the fatty beef rolls were so good — dipped them in that special sauce and then coated in the raw egg, super silky and juicy. The tofu had soaked up all the broth and was crazy flavorful. Honestly just hearing the hotpot bubbling away was oddly soothing, kinda made the whole meal feel cozy. The mashed potato and onsen egg salad was a total surprise hit, the egg yolk was all runny and the mash was so creamy, mixing it together was next level. The mango shrimp roll was crispy outside, tender inside, and the sweet-salty combo was just right. Service was quick and the staff was super patient when I asked for recommendations. Overall really comfy meal, would def come back.
