- bouncy_tamarindThe noodles had a really nice chewy bite to them, and the sauce on the red bowl wonton noodles was super rich and flavorful. The meat sauce was piled on thick, the peas were soft and kind of creamy, and the peanuts and pickled beans added a great crunch. So much going on in every bite, honestly. The staff were really friendly too, super patient when I was trying to figure out the menu and even suggested how to eat it. Place was clean and tidy, not a ton of tables but it felt cozy enough. Got a jasmine ice jelly on the side which was cold and helped with the spice, and the little boba bits and water chestnut bits were so refreshing. Definitely coming back.
