Reviews
- crude_mantaThe alley at night is honestly so romantic, and there's all these new cute little restaurants popping up everywhere. Ma Ji was totally packed when we went, which is always a good sign! The Japanese food was legit, super authentic and everything we tried was really tasty. Inside it looks great too, really nicely done up, and you can watch the chefs making everything fresh right in front of you which is always cool. BUT here is the annoying part — basically every single restaurant in this alley has the same problem: no bathroom. Like, none. You gotta walk all the way to the public toilet at the end of the alley, and that kinda kills the vibe honestly, especially if you're in the middle of dinner. Pretty frustrating. Hopefully they'll figure something out eventually because the food and atmosphere are great otherwise, and I'd definitely wanna come back if they fixed that.
