- shallow_doveThe grill uses this stone plate thing, no smoke at all, which honestly was a nice surprise. The meat stayed super juicy and tender, like way better than I expected. The thick-cut pork belly was the star — got it nice and crispy on the outside, then we wrapped it in tofu skin with some pickled veggies and oh my god, so good. The layers of flavor just worked. The staff actually grilled the meat for us and showed us how to mix the dipping sauce, which was such a nice touch. Oh and you crack a little quail egg onto the tofu skin before grilling it? Game changer. Smelled incredible. The place itself was really clean and had this vintage vibe going on, even the water cups looked like they were from another era. Would definitely come back.
