The copper pot hotpot was legit — the broth was light and fresh, the lamb was sliced super thin so it cooked in just a few seconds, and it was so tender. The hand-cut fresh lamb and the meat pies were both really good, but honestly the meat pie stole the show for me. Crispy on the outside, juicy inside, super old Beijing vibes. The whole place has this nostalgic feel to it, seating was comfy, and it was perfect for just hanging out and chatting with a friend. The dipping sauce was spot on too — that sesame paste was mixed just right. Overall a really solid meal, would come back for sure.
