- tide_bayThe sushi rolls here are seriously good — so many layers going on, the salmon is super tender, and with the avocado and crab roe it just kinda melts in your mouth. They had a new little crab stick and cucumber hand roll I tried and honestly wow, the seaweed was so crispy, the crab was sweet, and the cucumber added this nice fresh crunch. The staff actually came over and told us to eat it quick so we'd get it at its best — which says a lot about how fresh everything is. The vibe is modern but still feels Japanese, and the tables are nice and spaced out so it doesn't feel cramped at all. And the panda dessert?? It's the cutest little thing, not too sweet, went perfect after all that sushi. Loved the whole experience honestly.
