Reviews
- Jordan_9My friend has been hyping this Northeast Chinese (Dongbei) spot for a while, so I was kinda worried it might not live up to the hype. But honestly, the second I walked in I was sold — it's got that super cozy, rustic Dongbei farmhouse vibe going on, all red and festive, with both booth seating and private rooms, perfect for a group dinner with friends. The iron pot stewed goose (tie guo dun da e) was fall-off-the-bone tender and so flavorful, and those chewy glass noodles (fen tiao) soaking up all the broth were honestly the best part. We also got the cold jelly noodle salad (da la pi) on the side — tangy, sweet, super refreshing, and it balanced out the rich stew perfectly. Service was warm and chatty, the staff were really fun to talk to. Overall it felt like great value and I'm definitely coming back with more friends next time.
