Reviews
- oafish_cougarZuo Ting You Yuan over at Wangfujing APM — honestly, this place really lives up to the hype. First off, the beef is the star of the show. They do fresh meat only, never frozen, sourced straight from their own ranch. Every cut we tried was on point — the hanging dragon was super juicy and tender, the fatty brisket had this great chewy-crisp thing going on, and the lean shank was solid too. Nothing was sliding off the plate, which they said is how you know it's fresh. We got the beef king platter and it was huge, more than enough for two of us. The space itself is really pretty — kind of an elegant fresh flower theme, open and bright. Service was great too, someone was actually there helping us cook the meat and they nailed the timing on the hotpot dips. For the broth, definitely go for the half-and-half. The beef bone side is super clear and light, perfect for blanching veggies. The tomato side is rich and tangy. Oh, and you HAVE to try the red pomegranate coconut water — it looks amazing and it cuts through all the richness from the hotpot, such a good combo. Yeah it's in a mall so it's not the cheapest, but for beef this fresh and service this consistent, I would totally come back just for this. Worth a special trip.
