- Erin_18This place is tucked away in the old town and honestly we almost walked right past it. Super clean inside though, way nicer than I expected. They have a crazy amount of dairy stuff on the menu which I wasn't expecting, but everything we tried was so good. The fried milk skin was amazing — crispy on the outside, soft and pillowy on the inside, and the milky flavor was rich but not heavy at all. Got it with the milk curd on the side and wow, that combo just works. The fruit milk skin was really refreshing too, nice and light, not too sweet. The staff recommended the cantaloupe milk curd and it was perfect, the fruit and milk flavors came together really nicely. The owner was so warm and actually paid attention, asked what we liked and pointed us to the right stuff. Whole experience was just super comfortable, I'd totally come back here.
