  Okay so I got the 19-second pork liver and honestly I was a little worried it would taste gamey or weird, but wow, it was actually super impressive. The liver was crazy smooth and tender, and the chili peppers gave it this nice kick that went really well with rice. Definitely a must-order if you're there.
