  Okay so I had the duck blood and vermicelli soup first and wow the broth was so rich and flavorful, the noodles soaked up all that goodness and the duck blood was silky smooth, not weird or fishy at all. Then I tried the sweet taro dessert thing, super soft and sweet but not cloying, honestly couldn't stop eating it. The shrimp roe tofu was a nice surprise, kinda savory with a little tang and just a hint of pepper, really good balance of flavors. The plain noodles were perfect too, nice and chewy with a light clear broth and tons of toppings. Everything tasted super authentic, you can really tell it's the real deal Nanjing style food. Definitely coming back!
