The broth was super thick and smooth, the cartilage was fall-apart tender and really flavorful, and I added a soft-boiled egg on top — once you break it in and mix it up the whole thing gets even better. The place itself was clean and cozy, very Japanese vibe going on, great for pics honestly, and the seats were nice and spacious. Service was solid too, staff answered all our questions and even brought out some barley tea on the house. We just sat there chatting and eating, super chill atmosphere, would totally work for a date night.
