Dishes
Premium Sun Meat by LiupinjuSix品居精品太阳肉 is a dish made from pork tenderloin. The meat is sliced, pounded flat, coated in starch paste, and deep-fried until golden and crispy. Shaped like the sun, it's crispy on the outside and tender inside.
Hand-Cut Premium LambHand-cut premium lamb uses high-quality leg or shoulder meat, sliced thin by hand to preserve delicate texture. Prepared by boiling, quick blanching, or stir-frying to maintain original flavor and tenderness.
TripeTripe, primarily made from the rumen of cattle, is finely processed to achieve a tender texture. It is typically sliced and served with spicy hot pot or cold dressing, offering a crisp and refreshing taste—making it a popular choice in hot pot dishes.
Grilled Jiangtuan FishGrilled river catfish dish features river catfish marinated and grilled, then stewed with bean sprouts, potatoes, and onions to infuse flavor into the fish meat.
Grilled SkewersSkewers are primarily made by cutting meat (such as lamb, beef, or chicken) or vegetables (like bell peppers, onions, and eggplant) into small pieces, threading them onto bamboo skewers, marinating them, and then grilling over charcoal or an electric grill.
Spicy Chili and Pork Stir-FryA popular Chinese home-style dish made with pork and chili peppers. Pork is usually sliced from belly or lean cuts, while peppers are typically green or red, cut into segments. Sauté pork until oil is released, then stir-fry with peppers and season. Simple and quick to prepare with rich flavors.
Goat Spine Hot Pot羊蝎子 is a dish primarily made from lamb spine bones, named for its resemblance to a scorpion. The preparation typically involves blanching the lamb bones to remove any odor, then adding various spices and seasonings such as green onions, ginger, garlic, Sichuan peppercorns, star anise, and soy sauce, followed by slow stewing until the meat becomes tender and the marrow becomes richly fragrant.
Radish SkinRadish skin is made by peeling white radishes, cutting them into strips or thin slices, salting them, squeezing out the moisture, and then mixing with seasonings such as soy sauce, vinegar, sugar, and chili to create a cold dish. It can be eaten directly or served as a side dish to accompany other dishes.
Fish Head with FlatbreadFish head with flatbread is a delicacy made from fresh fish head, paired with烙饼 (flatbread), scallions, ginger, and garlic, carefully prepared. The fish head is stewed until tender and flavorful, with a rich broth. The flatbread absorbs the savory broth, making it even more delicious.
Fresh Lamb Top BladeFresh lamb top blade is selected from the tender meat above the sheep's shoulder, featuring fine texture and evenly distributed fat. It is typically blanched and then stewed or steamed to preserve the original flavor of the lamb, enhanced with scallions, ginger, and other seasonings to remove fishy odor and add aroma.
Reviews
- Teal_29This place is honestly great for grabbing a meal with friends on a budget, prices are super reasonable and the portions are huge. We got the braised pork knuckle and the fish head stew with flatbread, and oh man the pork was so tender, fatty but not greasy at all, super flavorful. The flatbread soaked up all that broth from the fish head and it was seriously the best part, so good. Service was really friendly too, food came out fast, and the place was clean and tidy. Overall amazing value, left totally stuffed without spending much, and yeah I'm definitely coming back.
