Reviews
- bizarre_rabbitFirst time trying Yi Zuo Yi Wang, the atmosphere was kinda just okay — it's a tight space right next to a big table with a big group of people having a dinner party and bringing their kids, super loud and honestly pretty annoying. But the staff were really friendly and even wearing traditional outfits, which was a nice touch. It was just me and my friend and we didn't have huge appetites, so we managed with two dishes and a pot of rice. Let's start with the beef hotpot — the beef slices were honestly kinda tough, but the veggies inside were actually pretty good, especially that dipping sauce, super flavorful. The grilled fish was nothing special, taste was pretty average, but the fish itself was really tender I'll give them that. The copper pot rice, when it first came out it looked like there wasn't much in it, but the server noticed and took it back to add more stuff without us even asking — that kind of service awareness is seriously worth a thumbs up. There's so much more on the menu I wanna try, but you can only get through one or two dishes at a time. Gonna try to make it back next time.
