  So I was wandering around the Seven Fresh supermarket a while back and spotted this place's counter — they had me try a piece of lamb spine and honestly it's been stuck in my head ever since, so today I finally made the trip to check it out. Vibe is pretty solid, clean and tidy. The second I walked in the door I could smell something good going on. I went with the "Three Sheep Auspiciousness Hotpot" — love the name, and it comes with a bunch of different cuts (lamb spine, lamb tail, lamb ribs) so you get to try everything. Got it mild spicy and the flavor was really nice, the meat was super tasty and not gamey at all. Honestly the longer you let it simmer the better it gets. Also gotta get the cold dish — tofu and shredded cabbage, it was great. The service was awesome too, super warm and attentive, always there when you called. Definitely give them props for that.
