Dishes
Traditional Hong Kong Noodle Soup with Dry SauceTraditional dry-style chow mein uses alkaline noodles with toppings like barbecued pork, fish balls, liver, beef meatballs, and bean sprouts. The cooked noodles are mixed with ingredients and tossed in a special sauce without broth, resulting in a dry, flavorful dish with rich variety.
Bingshi Silk Tea MilkHong Kong-style milk tea made with black tea and milk, filtered through a cotton sock for smoothness. Brewed tea is mixed with fresh milk and sweetened, then served chilled or over ice.
Hand-ground Almond MilkHand-ground almond tea is made primarily from almonds, ground by hand and mixed with water to cook. Almonds are soaked, peeled, ground into a paste, filtered, then boiled with water and a touch of sugar.
Signature Crown Egg TartSignature Crown Egg Tarts feature a crispy crust filled with rich custard made from eggs, milk, cream, sugar, and low-gluten flour. The custard is filtered and baked until golden and set.
Star Egg WaffleA star-shaped egg waffle made from eggs, flour, milk, and sugar, baked in a special mold to create a honeycomb texture with a soft, sweet taste.
Lemon TeaLemon tea is a drink made primarily from tea and lemon. Typically based on black or green tea, it includes fresh lemon slices or juice, and is sweetened with sugar or honey to taste. Brewed tea is cooled and mixed with lemon, serving either cold or hot.
Thai Tom Yum UdonThai Tom Yum Udon is a flavorful noodle dish featuring udon, shrimp, mushrooms, lemongrass, kaffir lime leaves, chili, and coconut milk. The broth is made by simmering aromatics, then adding coconut milk and seasonings for a spicy-sour flavor. Udon and shrimp are cooked in the broth, garnished with cilantro or green onions.
Egg and Shrimp Fried RiceFried egg and shrimp rice features fresh shrimp and eggs, stir-fried together to create a silky texture where the egg coats the shrimp, then mixed with cooked rice. A touch of seasoning enhances the flavor.
Macau Beef Noodle and Offal StewA rich stew made with beef brisket and offal, slow-cooked in a savory sauce with aromatic spices.
Lava Burst Milk FoamMolten lava bubble milk foam is a fusion dessert made with milk, cream, sugar, and gelatin. Heat milk and cream, mix in sugar, add gelatin liquid, pour into molds, chill to set the base, then top with edible pearls for a creamy exterior and bursting center.
Heartbreaking Char Siu RiceChar siu rice features rice topped with marinated and roasted pork. The pork, usually from tenderloin or梅花肉, is seasoned with soy sauce, honey, oyster sauce, and five-spice powder, then grilled until crispy outside and juicy inside. White rice is typically used, sometimes lightly fried with oil for added aroma. Common side dishes include greens or a soft-boiled egg.
Reviews
- everyday_pothosDropped by this place in the afternoon after some shopping at the mall and honestly I was kinda surprised how good it was. Got the signature egg tarts and yeah, they live up to the hype — flaky crust that just crumbles everywhere, super smooth and sweet custard inside. Definitely a must-order. For the main I went with the char siu rice, the pork had that perfect mix of fat and lean, and the sauce mixed into the rice was honestly so satisfying. Also got an iced Hong Kong-style milk tea, really strong tea flavor, cut through the richness of the food and woke me right up. Prices are pretty reasonable too, like just a few bucks per person and you leave full. Service was quick, called them over once and they were there right away. Good spot if you're tired from shopping and need a fast meal or an afternoon snack. It's on the third floor of the mall, super easy to find.
