The fish was super fresh and no bones at all, crispy on the outside and really tender inside, and the spicy hit was just right — not too overwhelming. The braised tofu that came with it was silky and packed with flavor, even better when you eat it together with the noodles. The owner is a local from Chongqing and she's so sweet, really helpful with suggesting side dishes based on what you like. The place isn't huge but it has that whole lively, local vibe going on and I felt super comfortable the whole time. Oh and the paper-wrapped thing is kinda unique — they seal everything up in paper and fry it, and when it comes out the smell is amazing. Definitely worth trying if you're in the area!
