Tons of fresh toppings too, honestly every bite made me so happy. The place itself was clean and cozy, and the staff were super sweet and attentive. If you're a noodle person you HAVE to try this. The first time I went I got the big-slice beef version with these thin, slightly chewy noodles and super finely sliced radish on top — texture was amazing. Then in winter they do this hearty clay pot potato noodle thing, I got the fish ball one and oh my god it was so warm and comforting. Lots of ingredients in there too, fish balls, seaweed, the whole deal. Just felt so good going down honestly.
