Reviews
- solar_elmWent to a Japanese spot this time and overall it was pretty solid. The ingredients were super fresh, especially the sashimi platter — the salmon and tuna both had that nice ocean-y sweetness, and the plating was really pretty too. I got the foie gras onsen egg rice as my main and wow, the foie gras was crispy on the outside and so tender inside, topped with fish roe and a hot spring egg. So many layers of flavor, I was honestly stuffed and happy. The service was great too — every dish came with a quick little intro from the staff which made it feel really professional. Place was nice and quiet, great for hanging out with friends or just going solo.
