  Their signature lamb spine hotpot was honestly so good — the meat was fall-off-the-bone tender, super flavorful, and the marrow was crazy rich and fresh-tasting. The fried tofu skin only needed a quick dip in the broth and it soaked up all that flavor, omg it was perfect. Also got some lamb skewers with cumin and chili, plus a sour plum juice to cut through the richness. Left feeling super happy and full. Definitely coming back.
