  Found this noodle place on the second floor of the mall, super easy to spot and the inside actually felt clean which is always a plus. I went with their signature meat sauce noodles — the noodles had a really nice chewy bite and the sauce was thick and rich, and that jammy egg on top tied the whole thing together, it was so good honestly. Service was quick too, came out fast and since it was a weekday it wasn't crowded at all so we just chilled and ate at our own pace. They also brought out some pickled radish and shredded cucumber on the side, both super crunchy and fresh which was a nice break from all the rich saucy noodles. Overall left really happy and full, gonna be back for sure.
