- jet_hyacinthThis place is up on the second floor of a mall and honestly the vibe is really nice — clean, cozy, wooden tables and chairs with soft lighting. Felt pretty relaxing. We ordered the Yunnan crossing-the-bridge noodles and the broth was super rich and flavorful, like a chicken oil base that just hit the spot. The noodles had a great chewy bite to them and they loaded it up with toppings. Also got the black truffle chopped pork rice — sounds weird but trust me, it's so good. Spicy, savory, kind of addicting. The ham and little squash were cooked until they were super tender and the rice just disappeared, I could've eaten another bowl honestly. Service was great too — staff were really friendly and the food came out fast. They even asked if we had any food allergies or stuff we couldn't eat, which I appreciated. Also tried a chicken soup on the side and it was light and fresh, super comforting, ingredients tasted really fresh. Overall just a really natural, easy experience. I'd come back for sure.
