Reviews
- Noa_8So we ordered the charcoal copper pot hotpot and when it came out the clear broth had a few slices of scallion, ginger and red dates floating in it, and it smelled so pure and clean. The hand-sliced fresh lamb was so fresh it literally stuck to the plate when you flipped it upside down, and after just a few seconds in the broth it was ready, super tender and no gamey smell at all. Dipped in their secret sesame paste sauce it was so rich I literally could not put my chopsticks down. They fried up the chili oil fresh right at the table and when they poured the hot oil over it the aroma just exploded across the whole table, and honestly it went amazing with the pipa lamb. The sesame paste dipping sauce was seasoned just right, not too salty not too bland, and honestly it's the soul of the whole meal. The veggie platter had a great mix and everything was really fresh. Overall we left super happy and full. Definitely coming back!
