The beef is still just as fresh as I remember — just dip it in for a few seconds and it's ready, super tender and smooth. I'm kinda obsessed with the hanging dragon and the spoon tenderloin cuts, those are the best. The broth is still really flavorful too, one sip and it just warms you right up. Service is consistently great, the servers actually come over and tell you exactly how long to cook the meat, and they'll even mix up your dipping sauce for you. The place is clean and the seats are comfy, honestly perfect for just hanging out and chatting with friends. Oh and I just found out they give you free refills on the rice noodles now, which is way better than last time. Definitely coming back again.
