  Came to Xiabu Xiabu for a quick bite and it still tastes just as good as I remember. The menu's been updated quite a bit, so my friend and I grabbed two single-person sets. For the broth we went with mushroom and spicy. If you can't handle spice, definitely tell the server you want it mild! I said mild and it still had a pretty solid kick to it. The meat was really fresh and the veggie platter had a nice variety. First time trying peanut sprouts actually, they were fine, no weird taste. They changed up the serving dishes too, looks way more appetizing now. Food came out fast and the staff were all pretty friendly. For the price, getting a steaming little hotpot like this is a great deal. One pot per person is super clean and convenient. Snowy day plus hotpot is honestly a perfect combo!!
