The noodles had a great bite to them, didn't get all soggy and waterlogged even by the end. The place itself was really clean and had this chill, kinda bookish vibe — perfect if you just wanna eat in peace. Service was great too, and they happily refilled my noodles when I ran out, which was a really nice touch.
