Reviews
- energetic_butterflyWe stopped by this place on the way home after hitting up Longfushi during the Spring Festival. The market itself is nothing fancy, but honestly the zongzi here are the real star. I've been craving them forever and they totally delivered. They had a bunch of different kinds to choose from, and we went with the big pork ones, including a couple of spicy and numbing ones that were so good. Also grabbed some of their tangyuan that just came out, and wow, those were amazing too. The filling inside the zongzi is this huge strip of pork that's super fragrant, and the rice is perfectly sticky in the best way. For the tangyuan we got black sesame, osmanthus, and chocolate, and none of them were overly sweet which I really appreciated. Just the right amount of flavor and so fragrant. I would absolutely go back just for the tangyuan honestly, the osmanthus one was incredible.
