  The lamb was seriously fresh — super tender, not gamey at all, and it cooked in just a few seconds in the hot pot. Honestly some of the best lamb I've had on this trip. The sesame sauce they gave us was salty and rich in the best way, perfect for dipping. The whole copper pot setup with the steam rising everywhere just felt so atmospheric, really added to the experience. The fatty beef slices had a great bouncy texture too, stayed firm and chewy after cooking. Veggie platter was fresh, and the price was pretty reasonable for the quality. Overall super satisfying meal, I'd definitely come back.
