The crispy pigeon and the star grouper are must-orders. The pigeon comes out with this perfectly golden, crackly skin and the meat is juicy and tender. Service was honestly on point — tea refills, plate changes, everything just flowed. The executive chef even came out and gave us these little flaky pastries to take home, which was such a sweet touch. It's on the third floor of the Waldorf Astoria, super easy to get to. Not cheap, but for the food, the atmosphere, and the service, totally worth it. Great spot for business dinners or a nice family meal. Book ahead though, especially if you want a private room on weekends.
