- committed_appleThe seafood was literally swimming on the plate when they brought it out — the shrimp were still moving around in the dish, which was kinda wild but honestly so cool. You could tell it was caught that day. They recommended the sea urchin rice and wow, it was so good. The sea urchin was super fresh and kind of bouncy, and mixed in with the crispy rice it was just amazing. The Spanish mackerel dumplings were also a must — bite into them and the juice just explodes in your mouth. The chive and fish combo works really well together. Service was really friendly too, the staff were super patient when we were trying to decide what to order. Also tried the crispy little flounder, perfectly crunchy with just the right amount of salt and pepper — great for cutting through all the rich flavors. Overall super comfortable experience, I'd totally come back.
