The lamb slices they cut right in front of us were literally paper thin, like see-through, and after just a few seconds in the broth they were melt-in-your-mouth tender. Dipped in that rich sesame sauce with a little hint of chives on top… so good, so many layers of flavor. The lamb spine soup was thick and warming, perfect for the cold night. Our server actually walked us through all the dipping sauce combos and quietly suggested this freshly fried chili oil on the side, which honestly took everything up a notch. The whole place has this retro vibe, staff was super attentive, just an all-around really comfy meal. Would definitely come back.
