We ordered the foie gras sushi and wow, the outside was just slightly charred and the inside was so creamy it basically melted on my tongue, the fatty flavor just spreading across your palate, and the truffle on top took it to another level. The salmon sashimi was thick-cut and super fresh, nice and tender, dipped in wasabi soy it really brought out the flavor. The grilled pineapple with caramel had that perfect sweet-and-sour balance, cut through the richness and made your mouth water again. The lava mashed potatoes you gotta eat while it's hot, super buttery and creamy, so smooth. Overall the flavors were great, ingredients were fresh, and the whole experience was really solid. Would definitely come back.
