  Honestly the ingredients felt like they leveled up this time. The shiso leaves wrapped around the meat were really the highlight here — fatty intestines that had been braised first then grilled, so you get that super crispy outside with all the rich flavor inside. The egg tofu was a fun one too, you can tuck it right into the meat and it makes every bite way more interesting texture-wise. The oysters weren't huge or anything, but with that garlic sauce on top they were seriously fresh — honestly more than I expected for the price. Ice cream and cake were both solid like always, and they've got a ton of drink options. Service was great too, the owner basically bent over backwards for whatever you needed. Only real gripe was some of the grill grates weren't really fitting right, so definitely flag a server to swap them out. Overall a really good spot for hanging out with friends, and if you're picky about fresh ingredients and good service you'll be happy here.
