- QuillWent back to that beef hotpot spot I hit up recently and honestly it was just as good as I remembered. The beef is sliced fresh to order and you can totally taste it — super tender when you dip it in the broth. We got the "Bull Demon King" platter (牛魔王拼盘) which has three different cuts so you get to try a bit of everything, each one really does have its own thing going on. The beef balls were bouncy and juicy, so satisfying to eat. The self-serve sauce and fruit bar had a pretty solid selection too, and the staff actually help you cook everything at the table which is a nice touch. Service here has always been warm and attentive, just an all-around comfy vibe for hotpot. Definitely coming back again.
