Reviews
- spring_alderOk so I got the snail rice noodles and honestly the broth was super rich and flavorful, like one sip and you can just tell it's legit. The noodles were nice and chewy which I loved. The pickled bamboo shoots were crunchy, the tofu skin had soaked up all that broth so it was like flavor bombs in every bite. So many textures going on, it was really good. Place itself was clean and I sat by the floor-to-ceiling window which was super chill. They gave a ton of toppings too — bamboo shoots, wood ear, daylily, plus a fried egg and duck feet. Everything tasted super authentic. The chili oil was fragrant but not too harsh, and you can actually get a free refill on the noodles which I thought was a really nice touch. Definitely coming back.
