- zircon_ivySo I was wandering around this mall over the weekend and stumbled on this little health food spot. Super clean and bright inside, which I wasn't really expecting in a mall. I ended up ordering the Korean-style seared beef power bowl and oh man, the beef was cooked perfectly, like nice and tender with those crispy edges. Came with a bunch of fresh greens and some mixed grain rice underneath, lots of texture going on. The avocado was super creamy and went really well with that slightly spicy Korean sauce on top, tasted amazing. Got a fresh juice too, you can tell it's actually pressed fresh because it wasn't too heavy or anything. Grabbed a window seat too, nice view while you eat. Honestly the whole meal just felt really good, would totally come back.
