- artful_flaxWe ordered the red wine marinated premium wagyu beef tongue and it was honestly so good. The tongue was cut thick and had soaked up all that marinade, then grilled up so the outside had this light char while the inside stayed super tender and bouncy. You could actually taste the fruity wine flavor working its way through the meat, lots of layers going on. Also got the red wine marinated short ribs, which were melt-in-your-mouth tender and had that nice Q chew to them. The sauce was made with sake, red wine, and some fruit, kind of sweet and fruity, really brought out the flavor. Our server helped us grill everything and nailed the timing on the heat every time, which was clutch. The place itself was clean and cozy with wooden tables and chairs and these warm lights that made it feel really comfortable. You can tell the ingredients were fresh and the whole grilling experience just felt really dialed in. Would definitely come back.
