Dishes
Premium Unagi Rice BowlPremium unagi rice features fresh eel marinated, grilled or steamed, then topped with a special sauce over hot rice. The sauce is made from soy sauce, sugar, and mirin to create a tender, rich flavor.
Fried Eel TailFried Eel Tail is a dish made primarily from fresh eel tails. The eel tails are cleaned, with surface mucus removed, and cut into bite-sized pieces. They are typically marinated briefly with salt, cooking wine, and ginger slices to reduce fishiness and enhance flavor. The pieces are then coated with a thin layer of starch or flour and deep-fried in hot oil until golden and crispy. The result is a dish with a crispy, fragrant exterior and tender, delicate meat inside, preserving the eel's distinctive freshness.
Grilled Pork BellyGrilled pork belly is a dish primarily made with pork belly. To prepare it, the pork belly is sliced, marinated, and then grilled on a rack over moderate heat. It's ready when both sides are golden brown and the edges slightly curl, resulting in tender and juicy meat that can be enjoyed with simple seasonings.
Roasted Ginkgo NutsRoasted ginkgo nuts are made using ginkgo seeds as the main ingredient. After removing the shell and core, the seeds are mixed with oil or a little seasoning and roasted in an oven or over charcoal until slightly golden and tender. Minimal seasoning is used to highlight the nut's natural fragrance and crisp texture.
White-Braised Eel SupremeA premium dish featuring high-quality eel braised in a clear, savory broth, highlighting its natural flavor and tender texture.
Sauce-Roasted Eel LiverA dish made by marinating eel liver in a special sauce and roasting it, resulting in a rich, tender texture with a savory flavor.

Eel Three WaysEel three ways is a Chinese dish featuring eel as the main ingredient, typically divided into three parts for different cooking methods: one part braised, one part steamed, and one part fried. Braised eel is simmered with soy sauce, sugar, and cooking wine; steamed eel retains its natural flavor with just ginger slices and scallions; fried eel is marinated first, then coated in batter and deep-fried until crispy. Each method highlights a distinct texture.
Eel TempuraFresh eel tempura, marinated and coated in a batter of flour, starch, and water, then deep-fried until crispy outside and tender inside. Precise heat control ensures layered texture.

Eel BonesFried eel bones stir-fried with a secret sauce, crispy and savory.
Reviews
- pearl_pumaThe three-way eel rice is honestly the star here. You eat it three different ways — first just the grilled eel on rice as is, then you add sesame, scallions, and seaweed, and the last way you pour hot tea or broth over it to make a kind of rice soup with a little wasabi mixed in, which is so good. The eel is grilled fresh to order, super crispy skin and the meat just melts in your mouth, zero fishy taste at all. Sauce is on point too, not too salty so you can actually taste how sweet the eel is. Also tried the grilled beef tongue and the crispy eel bones — both really solid, great char on them. Place is nice and quiet inside so you can actually take your time and enjoy it. Definitely coming back.
